I used to use Happy Bath cleansing foam a lot back in the day! With the current trend of low pH cleansers, I've been sticking to those, but I got a great opportunity to try the Happy Bath Soapberry Pure All Green Cleansing Foam! First impressions: as soon as I received it, I gave it a try. When I squeezed it out of the tube and felt it, it seemed really soft. As expected, it lathers up well, and I loved that it creates dense, fine bubbles rather than big ones! After using only low pH cleansers for a while, this one definitely gave me that squeaky clean feeling. I don't usually wear much makeup, just sunscreen mostly, and this seemed to cleanse it off well. I have dry skin, so there was a bit of tightness after washing, but nothing too severe. It's important to follow up with good hydration though! I think this will be perfect for the warmer weather coming up, rather than the dead of winter.
Hmm... While I don't find the scent unpleasant, there is a slight fragrance that might be hit or miss for some people.
I'm a big fan of oils, so here's a tip: try mixing a few drops of oil into your cleansing foam when lathering. It feels like it cleanses even better and leaves your skin feeling a bit more moisturized.
