I'm a shampoo nomad due to seborrheic dermatitis. I tried using it after watching the Director File video. The tea tree scent is faint and there's not much lingering fragrance. The tea tree helps reduce redness and the cleansing power is good - I feel like it washes away oil well. I've seen a lot of reviews saying it makes the hair stiff, but I thought it was fine, maybe because as a nomad I've tried a lot of shampoos and most good shampoos without a lot of chemicals don't make the hair super soft. Since I use hair essence and oils anyway, it's not a big concern for me.

The foam is not extremely abundant, but it's not that there is no foam either. It's not a very rich foam. The oil is well cleansed, but it doesn't seem to last long. This may vary, but when I used a shampoo that really suited me, I didn't get as oily even two days later. With this shampoo, the oil comes back the next day. However, this is not a big deal since I wash my hair daily, and other shampoos also make my hair oily the next day. If it were a perfect match, the oil would not come back as much, and I felt this shampoo is not quite a perfect fit for me. There are still some pimples left on the back of my head. Overall, it calms down and reduces dandruff, but my scalp doesn't get completely clean. This varies from person to person, so this shampoo seems to suit me about 80%.
