As someone who's tried countless ampoules, I could be called an 'ampoule butterfly' with no settled favorite. This is because as consumers have become more discerning, the quality of ampoules has generally improved. While it's impossible to find a great ampoule that's cheap, I've also found it challenging to find one worth its high price tag. So, I decided to try a variety. That's when I discovered the cosmetics brand 'hersteller' and immediately purchased their ampoule that doesn't use purified water as a base.

While purified water isn't bad in cosmetics, I felt that the 'Dear My Wrinkle' ampoule with Everlasting flower water would be perfect for my parched skin that struggles with absorption. Despite the somewhat painful price point, the product quality is top-notch. It's not an exaggeration to say that this ampoule made my winter skincare routine a joy, both before bed and after waking up. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone with extremely dry skin that seems to absorb everything you apply.

Unlike other good ampoules in this price range, the texture is substantial. It's clean, weighty, and elastic without being sticky or oily. The relaxing herbal scent is also lovely.

With regular ampoules, my skin would feel tight within two hours even with a thick layer of cream. But with Dear My Wrinkle, my skin stayed hydrated for hours.

I discovered the brand Hustler through this product. After trying it, I was so impressed that it led me to purchase other products from the same brand. I don't think there's anything better for tackling deep dryness. I used it so well from last winter to early spring. The moment I first applied it, I was surprised, thinking 'What is this?' I immediately felt it addressing my deep dryness from within.

Since this is more oil-based than water-based, it's helpful to use products that can provide hydration in your toner or water essence step (e.g. products containing hyaluronic acid or using oil-in-water formulations) to better balance oil and moisture levels.

While it excels in maintaining moisture, it feels relatively less hydrating on application.

This product effectively tackles deep dryness without feeling overly rich compared to its hydrating power. Despite its many extracts, I'm on my second bottle with no blemishes. For combination to normal-dry skin, it's perfect from fall (not early fall) to early spring (around mid-March). The finish is pleasantly firm, making it great for makeup adherence.

The price is unfortunately quite high. I wish it were a bit more affordable...

I was curious about Hustle because it's been so popular lately. As the weather got colder, even though I have combination dehydrated skin and put a lot of effort into skincare, I still felt deep dryness and dehydration! So I tried this product, and it's definitely great for hydration! It has an oil-like texture with a bit of richness, but it's not greasy at all. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling firm and plump!! While it might not be the most budget-friendly option, when you consider the benefits for your skin, it's worth the investment!
