  It stays put no matter what you do. You can even use it for neck care and lip care. There's no leftover cream, so you can use it all up. It absorbs completely, so you don't need to do any extra smoothing.

  If you leave it on for too long, your skin might get red. They say it's fine to use for extended periods, but this seems to vary from person to person.
