Pros
1. Gel type: Personally, I'm not a big fan of overly thick formulas. But I actually bought this pack because it's a lightweight, spreadable gel type. The color is a transparent shade with a hint of ochre. I really like gel types as they feel refreshing and light, not heavy at all. 2. The green tea leaves dotted throughout are said to help with exfoliation! Since it's both soothing and exfoliating, it's a win-win in my book.^_^ 3. It has a calming effect. When my acne was a bit red, I used it for 15 minutes and then rinsed it off, and it seemed to help a bit. I've been really enjoying using this product!
Cons
1. The ingredients could use a bit of improvement... I'm using it well enough, but I do feel a bit disappointed.
Tip
Storing it in the fridge and then applying the pack feels really refreshing. And since it's said to be good for exfoliation, using it 2 times a week seems like the right amount, rather than daily.

Pros
I received 2 samples of this product and tried it out. I used it a total of 2 times, once each time, and the amount was sufficient. First, there were some granules, so it seems like it should only be used at home. The color is black and it looked a bit yellowish when applied. At first, I didn't really feel anything, but when I used it the second time, my skin felt softer. It seems like it provided some moisturization. I also squeezed out some pimples and applied it, and it helped soothe and was good.
Cons
There are quite a few undesirable ingredients, so I likely won't purchase this. If the ingredients were improved, it could be good.

Pros

1. It has a velvety yet moisturizing feel. (It definitely feels velvety when massaging, but it doesn't feel heavy or dry afterwards - it leaves a moisturized, refreshing sensation! I was worried the massage cream might feel heavy, but it only feels heavy during the massage, and afterwards it feels light and fresh!) 2. Effective in calming breakouts?! (Whenever I have breakouts, I use the calming line almost exclusively, and while I can't say 'this one product completely calms all my breakouts!!!', the fermented green tea ingredients do seem to provide the most reliable calming effects among the products I use.)

1. Product that requires scooping with hands (I'm not a big fan of products that require scooping with hands due to hygiene concerns... It also feels a bit uncomfortable to share these types of products with others. Plus, you can't use them if your hands are wet, so you have to carefully dry your hands before applying, which is a hassle.)

The warm steam from the shower helps open my pores and allows the calming effects of the massage cream to really sink in, so I don't just rinse it off immediately.

I used up the whole pack today and left a review I usually keep most packs in the fridge and use them I think the calming effect is even better when I use this pack from the fridge The gel-type formula is easy to apply with just a few taps, but after using it, my skin feels so soft and supple My complexion also seems brighter! The subtle green tea leaf scent is also nice

If you use it for too long, your face will turn yellow haha

I'm writing this review after trying the sample. I bought the innisfree green tea line, and the representative said that the first time using a new line could cause trouble, so they included several calming samples. This was one of them! I'm writing a very positive review about it♡ I've had a lot of small and large skin troubles like acne and food allergies. But overall, those troubles, although temporary, have been calmed and my skin feels clearer. There was no whitening effect. If you use it consistently, it seems like it will help suppress troubles and acne. I think it's a great product, so I want to recommend it. I'll buy it when I have the money!! When using sheet masks and such, the contents sometimes fly away or feel tight, but that wasn't the case with this. As soon as I rinsed it off and wiped it with a towel, I felt so refreshed and good!!!! The contents were a brownish yellow color and had something like tea leaves in it.
Cons
I don't think there was anything particularly bad. If I had to say, the wash-off part was a bit of a hassle, but I had a positive mindset thinking 'it'll get better!'
Tip

It certainly leaves my skin feeling well-hydrated. As I have sensitive skin, I tend to easily get redness or itchiness from even minor irritations, but after using it, my skin was soothed and calm. I didn't experience any particular irritation (like stinging eyes) or a sense of foreign matter, and I was quite satisfied with the results.
Cons
It's a wash-off type, but it doesn't rinse off easily with just water. I had to wash my face several times to thoroughly remove it, which was a bit inconvenient.
