I'm not sure how many Hwahae Testers I've used. The soft white light that comes back evens out the skin tone and just uploading this makes my face look brighter. It's not cool-toned, but a deep autumn warm tone, and it still works. I recommend that those who are not cool-toned try it as well.

Pros
I couldn't sleep, so I started writing a review! It has a pearl effect. I didn't like it much, but I decided not to worry about it. The color is about 80% lavender with 20% pink. You can say it's almost a white lavender shade. Surprisingly, when I apply it on flushed skin, it becomes just the right amount of radiant. It's also pretty when mixed with a pink blush. It seems to work well as an eyeshadow too.
Cons
I decided not to worry about the pearl, but it seems like it should only be used when the skin is in good condition. It emphasizes the uneven texture and pores a bit. If my skin was whiter, it would have probably suited me better. When I apply it without any flushing, it just makes my skin look flat and dull, so adjusting the amount is a must.. +Update... The Saem Orchid Rumor blush is quite famous, and I was aware of it. But since I have too many blushes at home and I often skip blush because I'm always wearing a mask, I haven't bought it. But I was curious about it, and the price was affordable, so I just went ahead and purchased it. It's a beautiful lavender-colored blush with fine shimmer particles. I use shades 17-19, which have a winter deep/bright skin tone. Since I purchased it during The Face Shop's sale, the cost-effectiveness feels really great. The application and pigmentation also seem quite nice. The color is a pure, luminous lavender with a powdery fragrance that I like.

Summer cool-toned light skin types will look great with this! The overall lavender color has a lot of white undertones, so cool-toned muted types like myself or those with darker cool-toned complexions may appear a bit washed out. It's so pretty! The slightly pinkish tone it gives to the cheeks is just wonderful. Although there are some downsides, I've used it quite a lot like a hit pan.
Cons
I tend to apply this lavender blush more heavily than other products, but I'm not sure if the pearls that build up look nice as it gets more intense. There's also a slight emphasis on the texture. One of the reasons I was able to hit pan was that it seems to wear down fairly quickly. Of course, that's probably also because I've been applying it so heavily.
