After searching high and low, I finally settled on the Innisfree Jeju Sparkling Color Primer 1 💛🍋 The pigmentation is so intense that you can just lightly dab it with your fingers instead of using a brush, and it looks absolutely gorgeous - like a lemon beyond human imagination. When it feels a bit flat sometimes, you can mix it with a touch of a deeper orange shade and it works perfectly.
Cons
It may clump up a bit later, but the color is so pretty and the pigmentation is so vibrant that it's forgivable. If it starts to clump, just spritz it with a setting mist and add a little extra cushion on top.
