I've been using this alongside The Ordinary's Niacinamide Zinc Serum. While I'm not sure which product exactly is responsible for the results, I've noticed my complexion has brightened significantly. I've applied this product alone at times and alternated with the other serum as well. The visible improvement in my skin tone led me to repurchase both this and The Ordinary serum. Another great advantage is that unlike some Vitamin C products that become unstable when exposed to sunlight and shouldn't be used during the day, this one can be applied both day and night, which is a huge plus.
When I apply this product alone, both my face and hands feel sticky. It does improve somewhat after layering other skincare products on top.
