I'm not sure what the good points were. Maybe that it doesn't get stiff after rinsing?

The fragrance has a grassy smell, and the lather isn't very abundant. However, the lather doesn't rinse off well either. I bought it because it doesn't contain any bad ingredients, but it ended up not suiting me - I got blemishes and my scalp got oily quickly. I had used it before, and it seems the reformulation has made it even worse.

✿ Thin and weak hair ✿ Skin that does not agree with tea tree/centella/green tea/chamomile/most oil ingredients ✿ Scalp that gets oily easily and becomes itchy even after just one day without washing I just found out that the product contains sulfates, which I know is not good. No wonder...
Cons
It even had a bunch of ingredients that don't agree with me, including sulfates. No wonder my hair was so itchy and difficult to deal with when I was using just this product 😭😭 I really won't buy this again...

It was good when I first used it, but after using it twice, my scalp was completely messed up. My head is itchy, my scalp is too itchy and red, and it took about 2 weeks of taking medication to barely recover. I bought it because it seemed to be PEG-free, but I may be allergic to similar ingredients or other substances. Anyway, I tried it once and bought 4 more, but ended up refunding all of them. I'll have to throw away the one I was using. :(

After using this, my seborrheic dermatitis got worse. My scalp is extremely itchy and I have a lot of pimples and folliculitis...ugh I didn't realize it was because of this shampoo until I used the whole bottle. I went on a trip and quickly bought an elastin shampoo from a convenience store, and my scalp stopped itching, that's when I finally realized this was the cause of my worsening scalp inflammation all this time.
