Pros
After using it for about a month, it's definitely gentler than other cleansers and there's hardly any tightness after washing. If I see any signs of trouble breaking out on my face, I use it in the morning too and it seems to have a calming effect.
Cons

It's great that it doesn't strip away too much of the skin's moisture and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth after cleansing. There doesn't seem to be anything particularly outstanding, but the packaging looks nice enough, I suppose...

- First of all, it's sensitive and actually caused breakouts for me :( - The lather doesn't last very well - Having to twist the lid open and closed is quite annoying - It leaves a slightly drying feeling after use

Pros
I bought this product because it was said to be effective for acne, but if I don't use it, my acne gets worse and my skin texture becomes uneven with bumps. If you're concerned about acne and skin texture, I recommend trying the Cica Acne Cleansing Foam.

After using this for cleansing, my face doesn't feel tight or stripped of moisture, but rather soft and supple! Other than that, I can't really think of any major downsides? I haven't experienced any breakouts or issues from using this product.
Cons
Compared to other foam cleansers, this one is a bit more watery and the lather isn't as rich and creamy. Even when using my existing Daiso foaming net, the bubbles still feel a bit thin and runny. And the scent is kind of like a minty aroma, which some sensitive users might perceive as a medicinal 'peppermint' type of fragrance.
