It applies smoothly without clumping. I recommend using your fingers rather than a brush for application. (Color) It shows up as a subtle baby pink shade. It seems to suit cool-toned complexions well. Perfect for creating a soft, dreamy makeup look.
ConsThe packaging feels a bit flimsy and might break easily. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The texture is incredibly soft and velvety. It has a premium, plush feel that you can't find in drugstore brands - it's that luxurious cushiony sensation that bounces back when you touch it. The shade 'Cheeky Devil' is a peachy-pink that seems to suit both warm and cool tones (I'm a 19 cool tone). It doesn't apply opaquely like some Rom&nd blushes, but rather gives a natural, skin-like flush. Being slightly creamy, it doesn't dry out the skin or emphasize dead skin cells even after hours of wear. There's a subtle shimmer that adds radiance without being too noticeable. The color payoff isn't intense, which makes it look soft and delicate. You just need to buy it... Attached photos show comparisons with Rom&nd Oat Milk, NARS Impassioned, MAC Cheeky Devil, and Etude #02 Rose Cookie.
ConsIt's more peachy than expected, and the color payoff is somewhat sheer - which can be both a pro and a con depending on your preference.
TipThis is a great blush for dry skin types who don't use powder, perfect to apply over foundation!
