While I don't have any complaints personally, I can see how some people might not like it. Since it's a glossy product, which I enjoy, others who prefer matte finishes or don't like transfer might find it disappointing.

This product might seem a bit pricey at first, but it lasts a long time and is definitely worth it. Until about a year ago, I had a habit of picking at my lips, so even when I applied lip balm, it didn't moisturize well. However, after using this product, my lips gradually improved. Even now, if I see any dead skin cells on my lips and pick at them, causing a slight wound, I apply this before bed. It not only provides hydration but also soothes my lips, which I absolutely love. Plus, I really appreciate that this product has a glossy finish.

Apply a moderate amount before bed. In the morning, if there's any residue, gently wipe it off. Then, use lukewarm water to softly exfoliate. This works wonders for removing dead skin cells!
