The Vitapair C Blemish Serum really impressed me with how it visibly brightened my overall complexion. I've always had some blemishes and a rather dull skin tone, but with consistent use, I noticed my face becoming clearer and more radiant. What's great is that it's not overly harsh, making it perfect for students like me. The fresh lemon scent is a mood-lifter when applying! Its lightweight formula absorbs well into the skin without feeling slippery, so it doesn't cause any pilling even when used under makeup in the morning. Considering it's a vitamin serum, the price point offers good value for money, which I really appreciate. One downside is that it doesn't completely eliminate blemishes. While it definitely improves overall skin tone, it seems to take longer to work on old blemishes or deep pigmentation. Also, due to the vitamin content, your skin might become more sensitive to sunlight, so it's crucial to apply sunscreen when using this in the morning. I learned this the hard way when I went out without sunscreen and felt my face heating up, which was quite alarming. Additionally, on days when my skin feels more sensitive, I sometimes experience a slight tingling sensation. So, if you have sensitive skin, it's best to do a patch test first. I prefer applying this serum right after cleansing, when my skin is still slightly damp. This seems to help it absorb better with the moisture, leaving my skin feeling more hydrated and looking clearer. On days when my complexion looks particularly dull, I find that using this serum followed by a brightening moisturizer or a tone-up product enhances the effects. For my nighttime routine, I apply this serum and finish with a rich moisturizing cream. This combination makes my skin look much clearer in the morning, so I always make sure to follow this routine the night before any important events. It's become my go-to regimen before friend's birthday parties or days when I know I'll be photographed. - sm***Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 10, 2025
The way it absorbs and applies is excellent, and after using it, my face feels firm and supple. It's great value for money, making it perfect as a daily serum. While it may vary from person to person, the scent reminded me of dishwashing liquid, which I found off-putting. - ki*************Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 10, 2025
I've used this before and it was truly amazing. The fragrance, longevity, no sticky residue on the skin, and it really brightens up the complexion. There's absolutely nothing I dislike about it. If there's one regret, it's wondering why I didn't try this product sooner. - yj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2025
I was really pleased to see a noticeable improvement in my complexion. While I loved everything about it, I wish it applied more smoothly on the skin. - go**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 7, 2025
It's a perfect match for my skin! No blemishes at all. I can confidently say my complexion has improved. There's nothing to complain about. I just wish it came in a larger size! After using up two 90ml bottles, here's my review: Pleasantly hydrating I applied it twice daily, morning and night, using three pumps each time - one for my forehead and one for each cheek (six pumps total per day). I used it right after my toner, and it provided just the right amount of hydration. Convenient to use Since it's not pure vitamin C but a derivative, it's easy to store and apply. Generous amount I started my second 90ml bottle on April 11th and finished it on July 1st. That's quite a long time, even with six pumps a day. If you use less, it'll last even longer. Slightly lacking in moisture Even with three pumps, the hydration felt a bit insufficient after absorption. I ended up applying an additional hydrating essence. Blemishes and brightening? Not so much I don't have many blemishes, and my skin isn't particularly dull. However, I didn't notice any fading of blemishes or improvement in my complexion. (I use vitamin products hoping for a brighter skin tone.) After finishing one bottle, I thought maybe I needed to give it more time, so I bought another. But even after the second bottle, I didn't see much difference from before I started using it. It felt like I was just adding an extra step to my routine without any real benefits. This was the most disappointing aspect. I'm hesitant to try pure vitamin C because it seems fussy and I'm worried about irritation. This derivative seemed more approachable, and being my first vitamin C product, my expectations were high. That might be why I felt so let down. (I've since switched to a different product and am currently testing it out.) For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, this product might be a good starting point for incorporating vitamin C into your routine. However, if you're looking for significant improvements in blemishes or overall brightening, you might want to consider other options or consult with a dermatologist for more potent treatments. - he*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2025
My complexion has improved since I started using this, and I haven't had any breakouts at all, even though I used to get them occasionally. The price feels a bit steep... I wish it were more affordable. - in*****Dry SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2025
I decided to give this a try after seeing the positive reviews, and it seems to work great as a morning serum. It's hard to see results after just one use, so I'll need to keep using it to really tell if it's effective for brightening and reducing blemishes. - ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2025
The Vitapair C Blemish Serum has a noticeable viscosity. It's slightly sticky. It might be more suitable for use during winter. I hope it's effective for blemishes. There's nothing particularly disappointing about the Vitapair C Blemish Serum.
