Pros

The hydration is top-notch! It feels like a slightly thinner version of Vaseline. To be honest, I'd recommend it more as a body emulsion rather than for the face.

Cons

You can smell the chemical ingredients... They say it's Britain's national emulsion, but is this why British people don't have the best skin? Haha!

Pros

I'm 34 years old with extremely dry skin. I have a few small bumps on my forehead, and my skin is sensitive and weak. I've never been able to find a toner, lotion, or cream that really works for me. I've tried all the products that are supposedly good, famous, or recommended by Hwahae, but I just couldn't find the right one. The only product I've used consistently without any major issues is the Clinique yellow lotion, and I've stuck with it ever since receiving it as a gift.

Cons

The downside is that I can only buy it through overseas purchases, so I have to stock up in advance. The texture doesn't seem to spread as well as I'd like. I prefer a formula that applies smoothly and leaves a dewy, transparent glow, but this product can leave a temporary white cast, like when applying sunscreen. However, if I massage it in and pat it lightly, the white cast disappears quickly. It doesn't leave a greasy, shiny look after application, but I do feel like the moisture has really penetrated my skin, which I'm satisfied with. I was shocked to find that the ingredients aren't that great, which made me feel let down and disappointed. But despite the concerns about the ingredients, this is the only product I've repurchased more than 5 times, so I've decided that it's the right product for me, regardless of the formulation.
