Pros

* Shade 22 for Sensitive Combination Skin While buying foundation, I needed a non-drying concealer, so I purchased the highly recommended Hanskin concealer. I was surprised by its thicker texture than expected, and although it was labeled 'Light', the color was darker than anticipated, more like shade 22-23. However, this turned out to be a plus for covering blemishes! Given its rich consistency, it's best applied thinly with a brush rather than layering too much. It provides good coverage overall. This concealer proved to be a solid, reliable choice for everyday use!

Cons

While I wish it was a bit more hydrating, mixing it with a bit of foundation or BB cream should work well.

- Excellent coverage for redness This concealer was famous for combating redness. I used to use it a lot back in the day due to its incredible coverage. I think I relied on it more when my skin wasn't in great condition. I can't even remember how many tubes I went through. I've tried all three shades - Bright, Light, and Natural. I haven't tried the renewed product yet, so I'm curious to give Hanskin a go again after such a long time.

- Blemishes Be cautious with overuse... I remember it being a bit of a vicious cycle when my skin was acting up. Trying to cover up led to using more product, which then caused more blemishes, leading to more concealing. I don't do that anymore, but back then, it was my go-to product. - Darkening It darkens quickly and can look ashy. When choosing a shade, it's crucial to check the color after it's dried down to avoid any surprises. I started with the Natural shade, but due to darkening, I switched to Light. I even ended up buying Bright because Light seemed a bit dark too. All three shades darken, so the differences between them felt negligible. - Not suitable for touch-ups This doesn't work well for touch-ups. It's best to apply a thin layer over your skincare to cover redness or problem areas before doing the rest of your makeup. If you try to apply it over makeup, you'll end up with dark, patchy spots due to the intense darkening effect.
