What I really appreciated was the peace of mind I felt each time I used it, knowing it contained ingredients that are good for the scalp. It's quite pricey and rarely goes on sale. The lather is minimal, leaving you wondering, 'Am I actually washing my hair...?' as you shampoo. You end up using a lot each time, so it runs out quickly. As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I noticed some improvement after switching to this shampoo from others I've used. I really enjoy the refreshing sensation when washing my hair. My scalp gets oily again quickly, and the dermatitis symptoms seem to fluctuate - sometimes they're better, sometimes they're itchy. It's a bit of a rollercoaster. I found that I needed to wash my hair twice to really feel clean and refreshed.

First off, the scent is lovely. When I wash my hair with this shampoo, it gives my scalp a refreshing sensation that feels absolutely wonderful. Using it in the morning seems to wake me up and relieve fatigue. I have a dry scalp with healthy, untreated hair (in summer, just shampooing is enough to style it). It's good, but I can't think of much else to add... To begin with, it's on the pricier side. I purchased it through the Hwahae app. Also, it doesn't lather as well as I expected, so you need to use quite a bit to feel like you've properly washed your hair. Moreover, while most shampoos are sold in 500ml bottles, this one is only 300ml. So if you have longer hair or share it with family members, you might need to repurchase frequently. I mentioned the cooling sensation as a positive, but I wouldn't recommend using this shampoo daily as it might irritate the scalp. I suggest alternating it with other shampoos.

I don't see any improvement in hair loss. My hair loss isn't severe, but I noticed my hair thinning a bit, so I bought this for maintenance. First off, it makes your hair very stiff when shampooing. It feels like more hair is being pulled out during washing. I've used two bottles of this shampoo, and the experience has been terrible - it doesn't even reduce hair fall. 2. It doesn't lather well. Gentle products usually don't foam much, but this one is even worse. As a result, I end up using more product, which makes it feel even more expensive considering it's not cheap to begin with. 3. The cleansing effectiveness is also poor. After shampooing, my scalp doesn't feel clean at all - it's rather uncomfortable. 4. If there's one standout feature, it's the exceptional cleansing effectiveness. As someone in their 40s just starting to experience hair loss, I decided to give this a try. I really liked how this product gave my hair a noticeable boost in volume after use. It left my hair feeling refreshed and clean. The cleansing effectiveness is poor, and it doesn't lather well, so I end up using more product. The shampoo bottle design is pretty, and the pink color of the liquid is lovely. I'm only fond of its aesthetic appeal. The scent is odd, and you need to wash your hair twice for it to be effective. Surprisingly, even without getting it in my eyes, the eye area feels irritated. After use, my hair feels excessively stiff. The quantity is too small for the price. After about 3 days, I started noticing a reduction in dandruff. I applied it to my scalp while washing my hair, making sure to dry my scalp thoroughly afterwards. The results were truly impressive! It doesn't lather well, so you don't really get that 'clean' feeling while washing. Apart from that sensation, everything else about it is great.
