Pros
This is my second bottle, and it seems to be a gentle product. I've been using it without any trouble or breakouts.
Cons
I have an oily complexion, and I felt that the cleansing power was a bit weak. Even when I wipe it with cotton pads, foundation and eyeshadow keep coming off.
Tip

Since there are no troubles, I'm not sure about its effectiveness, but it seems mild. It's inexpensive and lasts a long time.

1. It works well to remove sunscreen. 2. Although it says 'no wash', I usually do a light water cleansing and then apply my skincare products. One time I just removed the sunscreen and went to bed, but my skin didn't feel dry or have any breakouts. 3. I'm using the Pro Clean Soft Cleansing Tissues from the brand, and this feels even more moisturizing than those.
Cons
1. I wish there was a larger size available. I do manage to get it on sale as a 1+1 deal, but I tend to use a lot of cotton pads, so it runs out quickly...

I used it all the way through It's mild, non-sticky, and leaves a moisturized feeling after cleansing The cleansing power is good and the scent is subtle, so there were no troubles either I bought it again~~ I have a combination skin type

Pros
I purchased it during the 1+1 sale event and have been using it for a little over 2 weeks now. It is a slightly heavy liquid form. I tend to do my eye makeup a bit more heavily, and it's great that it washes off completely with just two wipes. I also used to have frequent breakouts, but the redness has decreased and my skin has been calmer lately*^^* And since I'm sensitive to scents, I'm glad that this one has a subtle fragrance. Most importantly, the price is very appealing to my light wallet.
Cons
The only downside is that it has 3 key ingredients. I use cotton pads layered together, and since the liquid is a bit heavy, I can't fully soak more than two pads at a time, which means I have to use more for each cleansing, which is a bit of a drawback from my perspective.
Tip
Since it's on the slightly thinner side, giving it a gentle shake before use helps it come out better and works great*^^* And since they seem to have the 1+1 sale occasionally, keep an eye out for that time to make your purchase.

👍Even with sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts! The product feels gentle. 👍Except for those who dislike the distinctive tea tree scent, most people should be able to use it without issue. 👍The cleansing power is great! (In my experience, it removes makeup and lip products well.)
Cons
Compared to the inexpensive and gentle cleansing waters from other brands, this is rather lackluster.. It runs out incredibly fast. You can't control the amount that comes out, it just gushes out.
Tip
Applying an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and wiping 2-3 times removes a lot of makeup residue. After using this product as the first cleanse, following up with a cleansing foam as the second cleanse leaves the skin feeling thoroughly clean.

Pros
I don't like oily things, so I never use cleansing oils. The other day, I was passing by Tony Mori and saw a 1+1 deal, so I bought it right away without even checking the reviews. ㅎㅎ I just used cleansing water to remove my makeup and was going to use a foam cleanser anyway, so I just bought it. But when I tried it, it was really gentle and didn't cause any breakouts, and most importantly, it removed my mascara, eyeliner, eye makeup, and lip makeup really well!! Honestly, when I come home after drinking, I'm too lazy to wash my face, but I have to remove my makeup. I heard that you can just use cleansing water without water-washing, so I tried it, and it removed everything well without any tugging, and I was able to sleep and wake up well. ㅎㅎ It doesn't hurt even if it gets in your eyes, so I really recommend it!!
Cons
While I didn't have any particular complaints about using it, if I had to pick something, I wish the volume was a bit larger. But the current volume is still satisfactory. ㅎㅎ
