Simply rubbing it on your face won't result in good color payoff, and it can even disturb your base makeup, so it's best to melt it well with your hands and then apply it with a puff or your fingertips.

The packaging itself looks cheap, like a plastic material, and doesn't seem to be the original retail price. The product also has very short longevity (at most 30 minutes?) and the color payoff is extremely light, so you'd need to apply it at least three times for the color to show up. For reference, the photo I uploaded was taken after four applications!
If you're looking to achieve a glossy, luminous, blurred look with this product alone, I wouldn't really recommend it. 🥲 Instead, I suggest using a cream blush or a different type of blush formula, and then applying the same brand's clear product on top - that would likely look nicer!

I purchased this product to recreate the same radiant glow as Jang Won-young, but it ended up having a watercolor-like application and most importantly, the colors are beautiful ✨

Over time, the areas where this highlighter balm was applied will develop an odd, fluffy texture, don't you think? The Tender Glow color is definitely a lovely, vibrant pink and has no shimmer. When I used it on my made-up face, it gave a really nice, dewy skin effect. While the Stila stick blush shows the true color as it appears, this one has a much more muted color payoff compared to how it looks in the stick.
Fortunately, because of this, even someone like me who is a complete makeup beginner can apply it haphazardly without it looking too obvious.

The Stila stick blush has a smaller diameter, but the non-bulky size made it easier to target and control the areas I wanted to apply it to.
Using this blush, even if just a little, is better than not using any blush at all. It would be great to use when you want a soft pink hue with a moisturizing, glowy finish.
