The color is sophisticated and beautiful. The shade is really pretty. It feels like a subtle mix of pink and peach. It's a versatile color that suits both warm and cool undertones. 2. Useful for glossy makeup. 3. Natural and effortless look. If applied well, it looks natural and nice. Gives a high-end makeup feel. 4. Can create a glossy lip look too. (Though longevity is weak)
ConsI bought this trusting the Hince brand, but it was really disappointing. Firstly, no matter how carefully you try to apply it to your skin, it inevitably pills. Even if you don't use powder, apply a light base makeup and foundation, and then put this on top, it still pills. This makes that area of skin look awkward. Honestly, I don't understand how other people gave it 5 stars. I'm not bad at applying makeup either... This is real. Even if you pat that area with your fingers to smooth out the pilling, it's still not as smooth as when you first applied it. I even doubt if Hince properly tested this for customers before releasing it. The skin texture shown on Hince's website models is just marketing hype. Secondly, the pigmentation is too weak, and every time you use it, foundation gets on the tip so you have to keep wiping it off. This product isn't known for good pigmentation to begin with, and when mixed with foundation, one application is barely noticeable. You need to layer it at least 3 times. Then you get that skin texture peeling off again... And because foundation keeps getting on it and you have to wipe it off each time, it feels like the product is being used up faster, which is quite inconvenient... Thirdly, the staying power isn't that great either. I tried wearing it at home all day, and it only lasts about 3-4 hours. After that, the glow disappears and it breaks down. Fourthly, touch-ups are inconvenient. If you try to cover the area with cushion foundation except where you applied this, that part looks awkward. Because this is a glossy product, when it breaks down it gets oily and messy... Powder blush is actually better. Since it's powder, that area breaks down less. If it does break down and you want to reapply the radiance balm, it takes time and pills again, which is annoying. In conclusion, powder blush is better. I spent around 100,000 won on three radiance balms, and I'm just using them because I don't want to waste money. This product requires the user to adapt to it. However, I think a good cosmetic product should be easy and convenient to use, something you reach for often and want to carry in your bag. Honestly, you'd be better off going to E**house and buying a few thousand won blush - it would be much more useful. Apart from the glossy effect, there aren't many advantages... I feel deceived by Hince.
TipBy the way, the swatch on my hand looks like that because I applied a lot. Never use this product for photoshoot makeup. It won't show up in photos at all.
