When I lived in Japan, I went to a drugstore to buy something else, but there was a promotion going on. I got to try this product and they gave me lots of samples from other lines, so I bought it at a good price. I liked the hydration and the amount you get. However, since I use Kiss Me mascara, it didn't cleanse well around my eyes, so I only used it when I wasn't wearing heavy makeup. After returning to Korea, I used it occasionally when I was too lazy to wash my face properly. Recently, I had a laser treatment at the dermatologist, and oil-based products felt too heavy, so I decided to buy this again. I'm planning to avoid oils from now on (I'll buy a dedicated remover for Kiss Me mascara). Oh, and after using the cleansing water, I used to wipe it off and do a double cleanse, but I heard it's better not to, so I stopped. At first, it felt a bit strange, but now I don't feel any skin irritation and I'm happy with it! I'm writing this long review hoping it helps others!
I tend to wear heavier eye makeup (mascara/eyeshadow) compared to face makeup, so while it removes face makeup quickly, I end up using a lot of product to remove eye makeup. I think I'll need to buy a dedicated eye makeup remover for that. Other than that, I had no issues at all.
I put cotton pads in an empty cream jar, fill it with Bifesta cleansing water, and keep it in the fridge. Every morning, it feels so cool and moisturizing when I use it! After that, I rinse with water to finish!
