Purchased at a great price through the Hwahae app. Perfect for fall and winter as it's not a runny toner. Applying the skin about three times helps solve deep dryness. Gentle and non-irritating.
I haven't found any downsides yet. Due to its mild ingredients, you won't see dramatic effects, but it should be suitable for everyday use without issues.
