I love how it applies thinly and feels powdery soft. While the color in the tube looks deep, it actually applies as a beautiful pink shade. It's the perfect color for those with a light undertone.
ConsThe lipstick is quite firm, making it prone to breaking. It doesn't apply well when you have dead skin cells on your lips, so proper lip care is necessary before use.

This is truly my holy grail lipstick. After trying countless lipsticks, I've realized that Espoir's Nowear Chiffon Matte is unparalleled in its ability to create a thin, perfectly adhering, and beautifully blurred lip look. I own the shades 'Fuzzy' and 'Pink Muhly', and I'll include Fuzzy's pros here too to save time. The formula is absolutely unique! I've never encountered anything similar. I know Skinfood has released something comparable, but I haven't tried it, so it might be similar. This lipstick is incredibly thin! And the adherence is outstanding! Usually, lipsticks have a somewhat soft texture, but this one doesn't give that impression at all. It applies with great color payoff, but it's not creamy. If other lipsticks feel like soft oil pastels or stiff crayons, this one is more like a slightly moistened pastel. It's neither stiff nor soft, yet it glides on smoothly in one swipe - it's amazing! When you apply this lipstick, it creates a blur effect that's different from typical blur tints. It's not the completely matte, powdery finish of regular blur tints. It just makes your lips look beautiful. While blur tints tend to have some weight and matte-ness due to their formula, this one isn't overly matte! It retains some moisture while being incredibly thin. It adheres so well that transfer is minimal - hard to believe for a lipstick. I often use Fuzzy as a base lip color, and unlike other base lipsticks that can look patchy or messy when layered, this one works perfectly with any lip product on top. The existing color range is also beautifully curated! While none of the shades particularly suit me, they're objectively gorgeous. Pink Muhly would look stunning on cool-toned bright individuals, while Fuzzy would be perfect for deep undertone cool-light soft types. However, as this lipstick has gained popularity, I hope they'll release a plum shade that would be ideal for light undertones like mine. Just a small wish! Despite this, it's a lipstick I'll keep using because it's just that good.
ConsIt broke the first time I used it, even though I hadn't used it much. Everything else about it is great, but it breaks too easily! Of course, Espoir does mention this in their product description. As of February 2022, I've updated my review and changed my rating from 4 stars to 5. I truly believe this lipstick is one of a kind.
