When applied moderately, it does a pretty good job at brightening the skin. It keeps the base moisturized, and layering it on bit by bit seems to work well. Like most brightening products, it can be drying. If you skimp on your base skincare, your complexion might not look its best. I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin! This product is amazing for skin appearance!!! It's the prettiest brightening moisturizer I've tried! On days when I wear this, even my boyfriend asks why I look especially beautiful...?!?! It absorbs well and doesn't make you look excessively pale, but rather gives a natural brightening effect that looks like your own skin. Highly recommended! This could be my holy grail product if only it didn't cause blemishes. While it feels moisturizing during application, there's a sense of dryness after it's fully applied. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I keep getting blemishes whenever I use this product.
