While it doesn't feel extremely moisturizing at first, the fact that it maintains hydration for so long suggests it's great for creating that coveted Inner Glow! It doesn't break down throughout the day... I love how it keeps my skin looking bright and radiant for hours! It's perfect for winter, and ideal for the holiday season when you want a natural look with evened out skin tone rather than heavy makeup... it just feels luxurious.
