It was effective at removing dead skin cells, although it was quite painful. This product completely ruined my skin. Even after changing all my other cosmetics, my skin didn't improve. The cleansing effectiveness is decent, and if you use it for daily dead skin cell care, I think it's good value for money. The scent has floral notes, which I personally don't find off-putting. While I wouldn't recommend it for super sensitive skin, I do suggest it for those with oily or combination skin. I tend to use it more in the evening rather than in the morning. If you have dry skin, you might feel some dryness after cleansing. Since its cleansing power is quite good, it's probably best to use it mainly in the evening! When you dispense the product onto your hand, you'll notice the rice bran powder particles giving it a slightly grainy texture. To minimize irritation when washing, squeeze an appropriate amount into your palm and work up a lather for as long as possible. Since it's designed for daily exfoliation, I can't say it's completely free from irritation. I tried this cleansing foam with the mindset of testing all the cosmetics sold at px. While it didn't cause any blemishes, it could have been potentially irritating, so I'm grateful to my skin for enduring it. It's just a decent product for everyday use. The only positive aspect seems to be its effectiveness in removing dead skin cells. It causes a ton of tiny bumps... While it's good at exfoliating, it even removes the deeper layers of skin that shouldn't be exfoliated. I started using this while in the military and now it's the only one I use. Other products caused blemishes, but this one works well for me. There's nothing particularly bad about it. I have sensitive, bumpy skin with extremely dry U-zone in winter, and combination dehydrated skin. I'm 25 with thin skin. Product review: It has good cleansing effectiveness, but it can be drying. So I mix it with another product. This combination is really great, which is why I'm writing this review... I hope you'll try it! + I mixed it with Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Cleanser. I only used a tiny amount of this product. Texture & Feel: It has powerful cleansing power, but you can feel your skin start to dry immediately. The texture is creamy. Benefits: Cleansing effectiveness is important to me because I wear makeup. That's why I mix it. Do not use this product alone. I recommend mixing it with a gentle liquid cleanser for morning cleansing, not necessarily Round Lab. For example, CNP products work well. Tip: Quickly massage the cream cleanser for 2 minutes, then rinse 20 times with water. Follow with the combination mentioned above (use a pea-sized amount of Round Lab and just a tiny bit of this product). Massage quickly for 1 minute, then rinse 30 times with water. This method helps manage blemishes and is necessary for removing long-wear foundations.
