I'm writing this review to help those who think shampoos aren't great! I've been using this for two days now. After seeing mixed reviews for Kundal shampoo on Hwahae, I was hesitant to buy it. But after watching Director Pi's YouTube video, I decided to give it a try. I followed the detailed shampooing method she explained. My scalp is combination type (if I wash in the morning, it doesn't get greasy all day, but gets oily by the next morning, so I need to wash daily), and my hair is damaged. For me, this shampoo doesn't make my hair greasy at all. The lather is incredibly rich, the scent is lovely, and I love that the ingredients are gentle! After using it for a week, I can now wash my hair every other day without it getting greasy. Before, even when washing daily, I'd habitually scratch my itchy scalp, but since switching to this shampoo, I haven't scratched my scalp once - even with two-day intervals between washes! The only downside is that my bangs still get a bit oily, but the rest of my hair is fine.

The only drawback is that it takes a bit more time to wash your hair thoroughly.

Here's my shampooing method! Before applying shampoo, I thoroughly wet my scalp with warm water, as if I'm rinsing out shampoo. I use just one squeeze of shampoo and massage it well into my scalp, which creates a rich lather and cleanses effectively. While the shampoo is on, I shower or brush my teeth. During this time, I can feel my scalp tingling slightly and becoming clearer - probably due to the BHA ingredient. When rinsing out the shampoo, I take my time and rinse thoroughly, just like when rinsing out conditioner. Since the ends of my hair are extremely damaged, I only use Kundal treatment on the very ends!
