I have extremely dry skin with deep dryness! I received this product as a birthday gift from an acquaintance at a department store. It's my first time using a high-end foundation, so I was incredibly excited to try it! To cut to the chase - I love it! It's fantastic! Even after being out for 7-8 hours, as long as I cleanse thoroughly, this product doesn't cause any blemishes! (If I do get blemishes, it's 100% my fault for not cleansing properly...) The only downside is that when applied with fingers, it can look a bit heavy. So I use a tool to apply it thinly, usually in two layers, to get that "your skin but better" look. This is pretty standard for most foundations I've tried. What I love most is the muted pink-beige tone! Usually, pink-beige turns me into a burning sweet potato, but this one has just a hint of pink in a predominantly yellow-beige base. It's perfect for those who prefer pink-beige tones but struggle with them. It seems like all the pretty foundations are pink-based these days, so this is a great alternative! If I had to point out a flaw, it would definitely be the pump... the pump... the pump. You absolutely must use the pump carefully. If you don't concentrate while pressing it, a huge amount comes out all at once. I've wasted quite a bit of foundation this way... it's heartbreaking. If I had to nitpick further, I'd say its ability to cover redness could be better. The foundation alone doesn't cover everything, so you might need to use a concealer for some areas. But honestly, all I really care about is fixing that pump, NARS! This foundation strikes a great balance between coverage and a natural finish. It's particularly suitable for those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin. The formula absorbs well without feeling sticky, and it does a good job of evening out the complexion. For those concerned about their skin feeling tight or irritated, this foundation works hard to maintain hydration throughout the day.
