It absorbs well and blends nicely if you control the amount! There's hardly any pilling! If you don't control the amount, it can pill and get into your eyes. Of course, since it's a moisturizing balm type, the pilling disappears if you rub it in, so it's not a big issue! The shade is a bit dark, which is slightly disappointing.
