  Pros

  I tried this product as a sample. Having used the original air cushion before, I also gave the cover version a try. While its coverage wasn't extraordinary, it was still pretty decent. Usually, cover cushions apply matte and can be drying, but I liked that this product has a subtle glow in its formula, so it doesn't feel too dry on the skin.

  Cons

  Compared to the original #21 shade, this one seemed to come out a bit darker. Given that it's already a natural color, when it darkens further, it makes my face look too dull, which was disappointing. It also tends to transfer easily, so the longevity was a bit lacking.

  Pros

  It's a decent product that's easy to use. The coverage is pretty good too.

  Cons

  For me, the staying power isn't great... While the coverage is okay, it doesn't really give my complexion that brightening effect I was hoping for.

  Pros

  I switched to this new version when the previous one was discontinued. Back when grayish BB creams were all the rage, I used to think only time could fix the mismatch between my face color right after application and my natural skin tone. But when I first tried the IOPE Air Cushion, I was completely smitten. The color was natural, and it gave me a beautiful, sheer skin finish right away. Plus, it has high SPF! Although the staying power isn't great and it feels a bit sticky right after application, I've gone through multiple refills using it diligently.

  Cons

  I could deal with the poor staying power by touching up frequently, so I kept using it despite its high price for a Korean cushion. At first, even a light press would dispense plenty of product, but later, even though I had just opened it, hardly any would come out. When I flipped the sponge, I was shocked to see how much product was still left. I had to reluctantly flip the sponge to use it up, which of course meant getting it all over my hands. Sensing that this version might be discontinued soon too, I've switched to a compact foundation I had my eye on. Being a solid form, it decreases honestly as I use it, which I find much more satisfying.

  Tip

  If the product doesn't come out, flip the cushion sponge. Instead of spreading, pat it on for application.
