However, when I applied it, I felt a slight tingling sensation, which might indicate it's not quite right for my skin.
ConsAs I mentioned, either it doesn't suit me or my skin was particularly sensitive at the time, but I definitely felt a bit of a tingling sensation.

ConsUnfortunately, it didn't work for me. No improvement in wrinkles, caused milia, and led to some redness around my eyes. This product just isn't suitable for my skin.

When it comes to eye creams, I always pay close attention to how well they absorb, and this product absorbs beautifully without any pilling. It's perfect to use before applying makeup. As expected from an eye cream, it's wonderfully hydrating, and I found it particularly effective at smoothing out dead skin cells.
ConsWhile it does help with dead skin cells, I experienced some tingling when applying it after exercising or when my skin was sensitive from wearing a mask. After applying it at night and sleeping, I woke up with several small blemishes around my mouth and nose area. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious!
TipWhen I applied it to my neck area, there was no tingling sensation. It kept my skin hydrated and didn't cause any blemishes!

Photos: 1. Container 2. Product 3&4. Skin before application 5&6. Skin after 10 days of cream use -Application: Applies smoothly like a gentle cream! Not too oily, so it spreads evenly without clumping. Just pat it in a few times or gently smooth it on with your fingers, and it's absorbed quickly. -Hydration: I thought it might be greasy being a cream, but not at all! It actually feels pleasantly moisturizing like a hydrating cream (though the moisturizing effect doesn't seem to last too long...!) -Scent: Love that it's fragrance-free! The whole Dokdo set is unscented, so it's comfortable to apply without irritation and feels gentle on the skin. -Effectiveness: I've been searching for an eye cream that's non-irritating, doesn't cause blemishes, and shows results for my fine lines around the eyes. This eye cream is great because it doesn't irritate or cause blemishes, but I've only used it for 10 days so I'm not sure about its effectiveness yet. +While my wrinkles haven't disappeared, they don't seem to have increased either. I'm fairly satisfied that it's at least maintaining the status quo.
Cons-Eye Sensitivity: Since it's an eye cream, it occasionally gets into my eyes, which causes a bit of stinging... There seems to be some mild irritation. It's not severe enough to make my eyes red or painful, just @slightly bothersome@. Worth noting! +After using it for over a month... The eye sensitivity is getting worse... My eyes still don't turn red, but they do sting...ㅠ

I've always struggled with heavy creams not absorbing well and light creams absorbing too quickly, but this Dokdo Eye Cream is a game-changer. It goes on incredibly light at first, and after spreading it all over your face, it slowly sinks in without feeling sticky or heavy. The hydration lasts impressively long too! My face has a dry U-zone and combination dehydrated T-zone, and it's quite sensitive, so I usually stuck to just moisturizers. Anything richer would cause blemishes, while lighter products would evaporate in no time. I was hesitant to try the Dokdo Eye Cream before bed, but wow! The next morning, my skin felt amazing! Despite the extremely dry weather lately and my messed-up sleep schedule, the white flakes around my mouth that had been there all week disappeared, and I had no irritation even after applying it all over my face! I thought eye creams were mainly for people with drier skin, but it seems to work wonders for combination skin types like mine too! This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to repurchase a skincare product with my own money! I highly recommend it!!!
ConsIt's not so much a downside, but it might not be suitable for acne-prone skin. I have some small bumps on my forehead, and after applying this cream, I felt a bit of itchiness.
TipIt's easy to apply if you put some on the back of your hand and then divide it to apply to different parts of your face! I recommend spreading just a little bit at a time - you don't need much for it to provide sufficient hydration!

A rice grain-sized amount is perfect for one under-eye area. Spreads easily, so a little goes a long way. Absorbs quickly without any stickiness, leaving a clean feel. Day 2: Yesterday I applied it right after toner, but today I layered it after toner > serum > eye cream. Not heavy at all. Even added a sleeping pack - all products absorb well, leaving skin feeling fresh. Toner: The Lab by Blanc Doux (Hwahae purchase) Serum: Cellbiotech Ceramide Serum (Hwahae Testers winner) Sleeping Pack: Innisfree Aloe Revital Sleeping Pack Expectations: - Improvement of dull under-eye tone caused by severe dark circles - Reduction of under-eye wrinkles Overall Impression: The smooth application, fragrance-free formula, non-irritating nature, and excellent absorption are significant advantages. This eye cream would be suitable for those who typically tolerate eye creams well or for beginners in eye care routines.
ConsDays 3-6: I initially thought I'd need to use it consistently for a while to see improvements in wrinkles and dark circles. However, from day 3, I started noticing milia forming. Unlike previous eye creams that only caused slight sebaceous hyperplasia, this one resulted in milia under both eyes. It seems I might not be compatible with eye creams. I'm considering using it as a neck cream instead... sigh...
TipPro tip: Squeeze out a rice grain-sized amount, spread it thinly around the eye area, then gently pat with your fingertips. It absorbs quickly without any stickiness.
