The cream is quite thick, making it feel a bit stiff to apply. I found mixing it with a bit of ampoule helped make it feel more hydrating. It's more like a balm or ointment than a typical cream. While I haven't seen dramatic results yet, with consistent use, it seems to have helped reduce my adult acne somewhat. The scent is consistent across this line - it's that typical medicated skincare smell. It's quite strong and definitely a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance, so I'd caution those sensitive to scents. I think this product works best during summer when skin tends to be oilier. For winter use, I'm not so sure it's ideal. The fragrance is extremely strong, and the texture is too thick. I hope they improve these aspects.
