There wasn't really anything negative to say. Personally, I'm very satisfied with this mask.

The cream is so rich and creamy, just like milk! Its thick consistency prevents any dripping, so there's no eye irritation or mess.

While I appreciate the abundance of essence, its thick, opaque cream-like texture can be a bit messy. It tends to get all over my hands when applying the mask, which is slightly inconvenient. But I suppose having plenty of essence is a good thing after all!

I love how much essence it contains! You can use it for hydration not just on your face, but all over. The microfiber sheet is so different from the rough ones I've used before - it's much softer and less irritating to the skin!

The instructions say to use the mask pack for 30-60 minutes, but you can adjust the time based on your skin type: 10-15 minutes for oily skin, 20-30 minutes for normal skin, and over 30 minutes for dry skin.

The downside is that you need to leave it on for over 30 minutes. However, I heard that 15 minutes is enough for oily skin.

The best thing about the Centella Multi Mask Pack is that it's completely free of harmful ingredients. I especially loved that it doesn't contain phenoxyethanol. Usually, toners from other cosmetic companies always had phenoxyethanol in them, and it was hard to find products without it. So I felt safe using this mask pack. It's packed with natural ingredients like green tea extract, jojoba seed oil, and tea tree leaf oil, which really helped soothe my tired skin. Above all, I could use it with peace of mind knowing there were no harmful components. When I used the pack, it didn't feel stuffy at all. It's fine to keep it on for a long time (30 minutes). Plus, there's plenty of essence left in the mask, so I could use it for an extended period.

Actually, my blemishes have decreased since using this mask... Hmm... Drawbacks... I'll fill this in after using it a bit more!
