The ingredients are gentle, so I like it. So far, there haven't been any major skin issues. I knew I bought the small capacity one, but when I actually saw it, it's really small. It didn't cause any blemishes on my skin. The texture feels fresh and hydrating. It stings! My skin tingles as soon as I apply it. I kept using it for a few days thinking it might just be an initial reaction, but the tingling sensation persists. Oddly enough, it doesn't cause any blemishes despite the discomfort.

Despite its liquid consistency, it leaves my skin feeling quite hydrated after application. It doesn't cause any blemishes and has excellent soothing properties. I'd recommend this for hydration rather than as an exfoliating toner. Applying it twice can effectively combat deep dryness! The only downside is that the bottle runs out quickly due to its small size. It's a gentle toner. As it's part of a cica-focused line, I found it great to use even when my skin was sensitive, without any irritation. It's a versatile toner that works well as a pat-on toner, an exfoliating toner, or for skin-packing. Despite the chubby bottle making it look like there's less product, it surprisingly contains a generous amount, allowing for ample use. It feels a bit slippery when applying, so those who prefer a fresh feeling might not like it. Also, if you layer it multiple times, it can leave a slightly sticky residue.

It's not completely watery, but has a slight viscosity. Surprisingly, as someone with severe deep dryness, layering this toner twice immediately addresses my dehydration issues. It's truly a remarkable toner. It absorbs well, and while it has a slight herbal scent, it doesn't interfere with usage. I plan to continue using this toner for the foreseeable future. Please, under no circumstances, change the ingredients. Keep producing it exactly as it is now. This toner is truly amazing, especially considering its price and quantity. I've been using it for 4 years now. Back in middle school when my face was covered in blemishes, this product worked wonders. Since then, I've been using many COSRX products, not just this toner. I bought this because I needed a gentle toner, but I didn't find anything particularly good or bad while using it. I used it as an exfoliating toner, but it didn't provide any extraordinary soothing effects. I'm not sure how it would perform as an absorbing toner. Its mediocrity is both its strength and weakness. I liked that it wasn't too watery while still being gentle. It didn't cause any blemishes during use, which was nice. While it's mild enough not to cause blemishes, I didn't notice any significant effects.
