Easy to dispense the right amount with the dropper. Absorbs quickly and smoothly. When applied to damp hair after washing, it keeps it soft until the next day. Unlike some hair essences that can cause acne on the neck or back, this one doesn't - what a relief! The scent, which some might not like, is actually a common aroma found in most seed-extracted oils. It's a blend of slight herbal notes, a hint of bitterness, nuttiness, and a touch of moss-like fragrance. Honestly, it dissipates quickly, so you won't notice it after a while.
ConsThe consistency and hydration level are similar to rosehip oil. If you have very dry skin and prefer a more substantial rich feel, this might be a bit lacking. The cap is stiff to open and close. There's an issue with the lid - even when carefully aligned, it keeps closing crookedly. Bit of a bummer.
TipIf you dislike the sticky feeling of hand creams when your hands are dry, try using this oil instead. The softness lasts longer than hand cream, even after washing your hands.
