The cleanser glided on smoothly, melted well at body temperature, and was not irritating during the massaging process. I also liked that it could cleanse my makeup in one step. Cons
I used the cleanser around 20-25 days per month, and since it's a large size, I think I used it for a little over two months. ❤️Texture & Feel The texture melts like a sorbet, so smooth and soft! Since I have sensitive skin and don't like irritation, I don't use cotton pads much, but this one doesn't cause any irritation when I use it, which is great. ❤️Moisture & Hydration It's very moisturizing, and not as oily as I expected based on my standards. It has a mild, easy-to-remove feeling. Cleansing wasn't difficult. ❤️Effectiveness & Function I didn't really notice any improvements or changes in my skin. ❤️Advantages To summarize, there's little irritation on the skin, decent cleansing power, and a reasonable price. ❤️Cleansing Power I switched from Whee to this. Honestly, Banila Co (pink) > Whee = Yada. Hmm.. I felt the cleansing power was a bit lacking. I wanted to be able to fully cleanse with just this cleansing balm, but I think a second cleanse is still needed. It's good for a first, non-irritating cleanse though.

The ingredients are a bit disappointing. Makeup does get removed, but there are some residues left, so the cleansing power is so-so.

Pros
I've been using it for about 5 bottles now. It has good cleansing power and the clogged pores and sebum roll out well when I massage it. Compared to other oils or balms, there is less dryness after cleansing.
Cons
When using a long-lasting liquid eyeliner, you have to rub it a bit intensively to remove it. It doesn't come off completely, but it's fine, and I haven't had any major complaints using it so far.

First of all, I learned about it through a recommendation video by beauty YouTuber Yuna, and I purchased it with my own money. I've used cleansing foam and oil before, but this is the first time I've tried the balm, and it's really gentle. I was worried that using oil would cause breakouts, and using foam would dry out my skin, so I'd have to do extra moisturizing, but with the balm, I just gently massage it in and then rinse it off thoroughly with lukewarm water, and it's great. The Whiteheads disappear easily without being dry, irritating, or causing allergies. There is no inflammatory acne, and double cleansing is not necessary. It does not make the eyes look as pale as Clo.

It really washes off well, is gentle, and rolls smoothly on the face. It emulsifies when water is applied, and a gentle face wash with lukewarm water is all you need to finish! There were no issues with trouble spots. It also removes makeup well. And there is no tightness on the face after cleansing. I am using it with great satisfaction.
