The Burning Love color in the Powder Kiss Lipstick formula had a bit more saturation, resulting in a somewhat garish purple tone. However, the Powder Kiss Liquid version has a slightly lower saturation and a darker feel, which I really like. The smooth application is also pleasing, and the packaging with the clear display of the true color is quite appealing.
ConsThe sponge-tip applicator requires separate control of the product amount, and since I don't overline my lips, I prefer a slimmer or more pointed applicator type. While the velvet liquid formula does have some transfer, it's less than the recent Korean tints, which don't come in such a deep shade. Lip products, after all, are all about the color, which is what I enjoy the most.

Can be used daily. - Seems to have a wide range of warm and cool-toned shades to choose from
Cons☄️Disadvantages☄️ - Feels like the transfer and longevity are quite weak (especially with the current mask-wearing) - Feels like more of a complementary product rather than a standalone (+Looks best when using a lip brush to create a gradient) ➡️ Using the Olive Young Filler XX Wide Lip Brush, my friends say it looks really pretty - Definitely less 'powdery matte' and more 'silky, velvety' so fine lines and flakiness may be more noticeable compared to super drying matte liquid lips (Seems worse than regular lipsticks) - Can look quite intense if you reapply too much, so touch-ups may result in a very bold, dramatic makeup look
TipPersonally, (if your lips are well-maintained) ❣️Powder Kiss Lipstick is comfortable and easy to use ❣️Powder Kiss Liquid Lip may accentuate lip concerns if not properly cared for, so it may not be the best option
