Pros
This is my favorite toner in the world🩵 I like using this to wipe my face much better than the popular toner pads on the market!!!! I'm obsessed with wiping my face. The effect is simply cleansing the face, nothing more or less. But I can't do without this. The intended design of this toner is to not provide too much functionality‼️ (in my opinion) I prefer to add the functionality I want in my ampoules. If the toner pads try to pack too much into one product, I feel like the ampoules don't work as well. I even like the subtle alcohol scent. You can get a refreshing feeling just by wiping your face with this without washing it. The large volume is great and the pump bottle is amazing... I love the pump bottle so much that I've transferred it to other products. (Highly recommend modifying cleansing water caps) I can't even count how many of these large bottles I've gone through. It feels like I've been using it for 10 years. Please keep selling this. (They are already continuing to sell it)
Cons
Some people may not like the subtle alcohol scent. These days, there are no skincare products with alcohol scents at Olive Young. But I love the alcohol scent. (It's refreshing) If you wipe your face after popping pimples, this gives a disinfected feeling.
Tip
After peeling off one layer of the 5-ply Olive Young cotton pads, pumping it 4 times to wipe your face is so refreshing!! I've been using it this way for years.

This pumping container is perfect for cleansing and is very convenient. The large capacity means it lasts a long time even with daily use. The ingredients are all great, and it has a good cost-performance ratio with frequent discounts. It was a great toner to use after cleansing to wipe away any remaining makeup residue and refine the skin texture.

It's an amazing value and great for doing face masks. The skin pack is also nice!😊😊

Pros
This toner is a great value for money option for oily skin in the summer. Even for those with combination or slightly dry skin, this may not be the best fit, as it can feel a bit too drying in the summer. I personally gave it a 4-star rating as a summer-only toner! I usually prioritize cost-effectiveness when it comes to cleansing toners, and had been using a toner from 11st during sales. But as summer arrived, I felt my slightly dry skin was getting a bit too dehydrated with that toner. So when I saw this One-to-Four toner was on a huge sale, I couldn't resist! At around 9,000 won for almost a liter, it's an amazing price and volume. You can just soak a cotton pad and gently wipe without any irritation. In conclusion, this is an excellent product for those with oily, 'power' skin types. I had no idea a simple cleansing toner could make such a dramatic difference in my routine! Serums and ampoules that used to feel heavy and not absorb well are now sinking in seamlessly. And even though I had to add an extra moisturizing step (usually I'd stop at the ampoule), I never felt overly dry or had excess oil production. This is a great summer-only cleansing toner. I'm trying to use up the products I opened as quickly as possible, since the seasons change so fast. But I'm glad I can extend the use of my heavier, seasonal products by using this toner. It's a nice feeling!
Cons
Those with extremely dry skin, or even just normal dry skin, may not find this suitable. It's just so lightweight and effectively removes excess oil. This would be great for morning, noon, and the height of summer. They say it's been reformulated, but there's still an annoying alcoholic, minty scent. I can't quite pinpoint if it's more like alcohol swabs or just straight alcohol, but those sensitive to those kinds of fragrances should take note!

This is great for using as a cleansing toner in the summer. In the winter, there is a bit of tightness. It's best to use it as the first cleansing toner after removing makeup.

The alcohol scent is too strong. It would be nice if they sold the pump bottle separately so I could refill the container I've been using.

I've been using this toner for almost 6-7 years since high school. I've tried other toners, but this one has become my go-to product. It's great for oily skin types to use as a cleansing toner!
Cons
The only downside is the scent...ㅠㅠ It has a rather strong alcohol-like fragrance at first.
Tip
When your skin feels heated, you can soak a cotton pad with this toner and apply it to your face - it's very soothing!

I have dry skin type. This product is a completely cleansing toner. It seems to work best when used after using some wash-off packs and then wiping it off.
Cons
The toner has a strong alcohol scent, so sensitive skin types should be a bit careful. Without much moisturizing power, using the toner alone can make dry skin types' skin feel dry.

To be completely honest, I think I've used at least 6 bottles or more. I bought two pump-type bottles and used them separately, and I also bought a lot of refill packs, especially the summer version, which I was very satisfied with. I wanted to take a picture of the one I used before, but I had already thrown it all away... 💙Scent The product description describes it as a mint scent, but in reality, it has an alcohol-like fragrance. 💙Absorbency When used in a spray bottle: The absorbency is not very good. It stung my eyes. Wipe-off: It's refreshing, and I felt like the stubborn dead skin was peeled off refreshingly. Absorption: It's refreshing, and it gives the skin enough time to absorb, so it finishes off feeling moisturized. By the way, I highly recommend the wipe-off method, especially in the summer! The price is also much cheaper compared to other toners!!
