Extremely effective at soothing blemishes. Skin becomes noticeably smoother. Perhaps due to my dry skin, I feel dryness when I wake up after applying it at night. The hydration seems insufficient. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 31, 2021
Absorbs well with a moisturizing feel While P had a slight tingling sensation, D is definitely gentler Using it without any blemishes Makeup seems to apply smoothly over it For dry skin, it lacks sufficient hydration as an evening skincare product - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 6, 2020
+ First off, I was drawn to 23yearsold because it's a cruelty-free brand that doesn't conduct animal testing, which already gave it a positive image. I felt confident using it knowing they don't use animal-derived ingredients. + The product is nearly fragrance-free, so there was no off-putting scent. + When applying, it felt so gentle that it was more like applying medicine than cosmetics. This gave me the impression that it must be really good for my skin. + It absorbs well into the skin. Even when I applied a bit more than usual, it still absorbed quickly and effectively. + About 5-10 minutes after application, I felt some deep dryness. For me, it seems to lack sufficient hydration. (I had to layer another moisturizer on top.) + With so many affordable and effective moisturizers on the market these days, I wish they would offer more discounts on this product! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinOct 2, 2020
The whiteheads on my chin have improved so much, they're visibly reduced! Even after massaging with cleansing oil for a minute or using intense nose packs, they wouldn't budge. But after applying this 6-7 times, almost 2/3 of them disappeared! While I don't have cystic acne, I do get small bumps. I tried applying it thickly on those areas, hoping they'd subside, but it only made those spots a bit red (perhaps due to exfoliation). So, I found it's better to apply a thin layer rather than piling it on. Blackheads didn't really change much, but for the small bumps and whiteheads on my chin, this has been the most effective product/method I've tried so far! Don't apply it during the day. If you apply it thickly on acne-prone areas, it can leave red marks, so it's better to use small amounts. It might exfoliate, so in the morning your skin might feel slightly tighter than usual - keep this in mind during your skincare routine. While it effectively removes whiteheads, if you don't properly hydrate and overuse this product, your skin could become dry and potentially irritated. It's important to monitor your skin's reaction and start with small amounts (initially every other day, using about the size of your pinky nail). Adjust the frequency and amount as needed. As someone with combination sensitive skin, I have to be careful not to apply it too often or too much, as it can lead to dryness, irritation, and tightness. Be cautious to avoid any potential skin reactions.
