  While it does come out as foam, it feels more like water bubbles. The foam isn't rich enough, so it doesn't feel like it's cleansing effectively. You need to pump a lot to use it on your body. You end up using quite a bit for one shower, but the volume is small and it's not cheap. As a shampoo, it might only be suitable for babies or people with short hair and very little oil production.
