Pros
I used this product a lot during my teenage years when I had a lot of skin troubles. I used it as a toner and felt it really soothed my skin. One of my siblings still has troublesome skin, and when they use other cosmetics, it gets worse. But when they use the Tea Tree Balancing Toner, their skin improves, so it's one of the products I keep repurchasing. The scent is also nice.

Pros

The most important thing for me is that the product doesn't flip over when applied. Fortunately, nothing happened with this product. I thought it would have a distinct tea tree scent since it's called 'tea tree', but the added aroma makes the tea tree scent not too strong, so even those who dislike tea tree scents can use it comfortably. Since my skin is not acne-prone, I'm not sure if it's effective for acne. However, it does seem to help soothe the skin, so using it consistently should help calm any inflamed areas. My middle school daughter uses it. I'm on my second bottle and she loves it so much that I'm planning to buy a third bottle.
