It also makes my hair feel softer. The fragrance is like something you'd expect from British women? It's hard to describe, but it's quite unique. It comes in 280ml and 500ml sizes. I was lucky enough to find the 500ml at a discount store, and let me tell you, it's a beast of a bottle... I honestly don't know when I'll ever finish it all... I experienced quite a bit of hair loss when rinsing. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Those who dislike fragrances might not enjoy this. Although it's called a conditioner, it feels more like a rinse-out product. Also, while they heavily advertise it as a natural product, there's no mention of any certifications from official organizations.
