I've tried shade 21 as well, but since I have cool-toned, fair skin, the pink-beige color suits me better. The formula contains honey and oil ingredients, so it applies smoothly with a moisturizing effect. It's perfect for a light makeup look. The price point is somewhat disappointing, and the herbal scent might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Perfect for that 'no-makeup' makeup look. Highly recommend for dry skin types especially, as it's a bit rich. For those with very oily skin, setting with powder should make it work well for you too! The price is a bit steep... It's quite expensive for the amount you get. As a college student, I could only longingly eye the samples because the full-size was way out of my budget. If you have dry skin, you can use this with a light moisturizer underneath, or even without - it still gives a lovely complexion either way.
