The brand is one I've never seen before, but the cost-effectiveness seems good. - The texture is a bit thicker than a runny texture. - The scent is not strong, just a refreshing fragrance that's not irritating. - It's a whitening product, but I'm not sure if it really whitens, but it does feel moisturizing.
