The entire eye makeup, including the base, is completely wiped off. It's non-irritating and doesn't cause eye strain, but the cleansing power is absolutely great. It's the best and most favorite product among the makeup removers I've tried๐งก
Cons
The volume is small, so I have to buy it too often when trying to remove base makeup as well. Please release a larger size.

It washes off well and doesn't irritate the eyes. When using other products, it was very uncomfortable and made my eyes look cloudy, but this one is fine.
Cons
The disappointing part is that the volume is small, so it gets used up quickly. I wish a larger size was available.
