Pros

I've been using this since its launch. Although it's marketed as a PHA/BHA morning cleanser for oily skin, I have dry skin but find it non-irritating. I love that I can exfoliate daily, so I've been using it every morning consistently. My routine is to cleanse with this, then lightly spritz on COSRX AHA/BHA toner. Since adopting this routine, I haven't needed separate exfoliation - my skin texture has become incredibly smooth over time. Now, I only need to occasionally use Shu Uemura cleansing oil around my nose area for maintenance.

Cons

There's not much to complain about, but the pump dispenses a bit too much product. I find that using just half a pump is plenty for me.

Tip

If you're looking to remove makeup, try another product from the Neutrogena Labs line - I think it's called the Labs Water Jelly Makeup Remover. This one is specifically launched as a morning cleanser!

Pros

The only positive aspect for me was that the ingredients were gentle.

Cons

I'm not sure if it was because of wearing a mask, but I noticed small blemishes appearing. Also, the opaque container makes it inconvenient to see how much product I've used.
