Pros
After using this, my hair texture has really become soft and improved! I had bleached hair and it looked hopeless, but contrary to my worries, it has become much softer and silky than before. I'm really very satisfied with this and I think I'll buy it again once I finish this.
Cons

This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. My scalp is seborrheic (it feels dry, but there is also quite a bit of oil coming out). The scalp has become softer as the dandruff has been suppressed, and I used it instead of conditioner, and my hair also became softer. The hair clumping has decreased and the odor at the crown has also decreased. First, the reason I applied for this product was that I'm currently using a natural shampoo, but after washing my hair, I sometimes have an unknown itching sensation in my daily life, so I applied for this product hoping to find something refreshing, and I was lucky enough to be selected. My scalp condition is quite normal, with no pimples or excessive hair loss, but I sometimes have an unknown itching sensation. I've been using a natural shampoo, but the same issue occurred even when I used a regular store-bought shampoo. The formula is just like clear water, so when you squeeze it, it comes out easily. Fortunately, the bottle opening is pointed, so I was able to apply it directly to my scalp in small amounts. However, even though I applied it in small amounts, it's difficult to control the quantity since you can't see it on your hair. Also, it doesn't create much lather. You just need to squeeze it out, gently massage it, and rinse it thoroughly. The scent is like peppermint. When I first used it, there was an intense cooling sensation on my scalp, so I thought it might contain menthol, but the ingredients show it's actually peppermint oil. The scent mostly disappears after drying your hair, but it lasts for a couple of hours. Interestingly, from the second use onwards, I didn't feel the same strong cooling sensation on my scalp.
