It seems good. I've been using it for almost 2 weeks, and the soothing effect on my scalp is definitely noticeable. My scalp tends to get very hot, and I often have a lot of pimples, but when I apply this, it feels cooling and refreshing, like a cooling shampoo, and the temperature goes down. As for hair loss and such, I'll have to use it more consistently to see the results, but I definitely feel like my hair roots have gained more strength. My hair is naturally very thin and limp from the roots, so I've always had to rely on perms to cover it up. But after using this, I can really feel a difference when I brush my hair. Most importantly, I used to have seborrheic dermatitis, and regular hair care products would just make my scalp flaky, so I couldn't really do much about it until now. Even when I apply this generously and go to sleep, it doesn't get flaky at all, which is just amazing. I'm so grateful to have finally found a product I can use consistently. I plan to keep using it, and I'll definitely repurchase once I finish this bottle. It's truly the best.

I have a problematic scalp with a lot of dandruff and hair loss is really worrying me, so I tried using it. Right after using it, I definitely felt a cooling sensation, and even if it didn't suit me a little, scalp pimples would pop up, but there were no pimples or itching after using the product. I've repurchased and used it a few times since the beginning of last year. As I have a dry scalp, my scalp doesn't show much even if I don't wash my hair for two days. I've never had any trouble with the product during use. I like the cool and serum-like feel of it. It has a slightly sticky feel, but it's not uncomfortable, and it doesn't leave a slippery residue, which is good. I can feel the refreshing cooling effect. It's not painful.
