The liquid formula applies smoothly. Despite using natural surfactants, which might suggest it wouldn't lather well, just one pump creates a rich foam.

Cleansing Effectiveness:
It's said to be effective on areas with high sebum production. While I don't wear much makeup so I can't speak to its makeup removal properties, it does an excellent job of removing excess oil.

Hydration:
Although it contains natural ingredients, its strong cleansing power seems to leave the skin feeling tight and dry after washing. I have naturally dry skin, but this cleanser makes it feel particularly taut.

Scent:
The main ingredient is betaine salicylate, and the fragrance is reminiscent of hinoki cypress. Those who enjoy this type of scent should find it pleasant to use.

I used this for about 10 days after getting a Brazilian and facial waxing on May 24th. The staff provided very detailed explanations and seemed quite proud of the product. All Anaden products are said to be slightly acidic (pH 5.2-5.8), EWG green-rated, use natural fragrances to avoid allergies, and are safe for use by pregnant women and children.

I've been consistently using this for waxing, even on sensitive areas of my face and body, and it's not irritating at all. What's especially great is that it leaves my face feeling less dry compared to other foam cleansers.

Since it's a liquid formula, the pump dispenses quite a bit at once with a 'whoosh'. You need to carefully cover the opening with your hand when pressing to control the amount.

As someone with acne-prone skin who got this recommendation while getting waxed, I'm really pleased with it. It doesn't dry out my skin or cause irritation after use.
