This is a product I gifted to my boyfriend. My boyfriend has a dry combination skin type. He has occasional blemishes and moderate pores and sebum, a typical male skin type. He finds using multiple products too troublesome, so I gifted him an all-in-one product, and he seems to like it. I've also used it myself when I was too lazy to do my full skincare routine, and while the texture is watery, it feels remarkably moisturizing and effectively tackles dryness. I think layering it once in the summer and twice in the winter would be ideal. It also absorbs quickly without any stickiness and has a refreshing, gentle feel. The packaging design is clean and soft, making it a great gift option.

Since my boyfriend seems to dislike strong, alcohol-based fragrances, I personally selected and gifted him this cream-based, milky-toned skin product. With repeated layering, it effectively addresses dryness and leaves the skin well-hydrated. It's a great product.
Cons
As we age from our 20s to 30s and 40s, our skin type can change. For those with busy lifestyles, an all-in-one skin solution without overpowering fragrance would be ideal. I first purchased and tried the sample before buying the full-size product. I bought it for winter use, and it's an all-in-one format. At first, I didn't see the 'all-in-one' text and just thought it was a regular toner. So I applied it without much expectation, but it turned out to have surprisingly good moisturizing power!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ After realizing it was an all-in-one, I was like 'Ah, I see...'ㅎ;; Anyway, if you're looking for something lightweight to use but still need decent moisturizing power, this seems like a very suitable option. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review! My skin is combination and I experience a lot of dryness. 1. All-in-One Convenience This product is great for 'one-summer' skincare, allowing you to cleanse and moisturize in one step, perfect for busy mornings when you need a quick routine. The color and texture are similar to the Tonymoly Chok Chok Toner (personally, I find it a bit more watery than the Chok Chok Toner). If your skin needs more hydration, you can apply it 2-3 times to fully absorb and replenish moisture. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage - for those with relatively drier skin, applying it multiple times is necessary to achieve the same effect as a regular toner and lotion. 2. Packaging I personally really love the packaging! There is a satisfying click when it's closed, and you can clearly tell when it's fully sealed, giving you the assurance that it won't leak when you carry it around. In other words, you can confidently take this product with you without worrying about spills. 3. Absorption The absorption into the skin is incredibly fast! This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. First of all, my skin tends to get very oily, especially in the summer, and I often have breakouts during this season. So when the weather gets hot, I rely on lightweight all-in-one products that suit my skin. I first learned about this product through the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program and used it, and I was pleased that my skin didn't get oily and it felt soft and moisturized. Moreover, I really liked that I could just use a few drops after cleansing, like a toner, to quickly prep my skin, which is very convenient, especially now that wearing a mask is essential when going out. My skin didn't feel stuffy or uncomfortable under the mask.
Cons
The downside was that the product had a rather strong alcohol scent (it felt like putting soju on my face!). It took me a few days to get used to this alcohol smell. Other than that, I didn't have any other major complaints.
Tip
Before using the product, I shake it well to make sure the toner and cream are well-mixed. The formula is a watery skin formula. Due to the formula characteristics, it flows well, making it easy to apply and absorbing quickly. But this opportunity allowed me to learn about the Laneige brand, and I feel satisfied that I've gained a bit more knowledge about cosmetics. It was also a chance for me to reconsider my prejudice against alcohol in products. Do you know the Crave Beauty brand? It was started by YouTuber Lia Yu, and I remember one of their skincare products containing alcohol. But they said that as long as the alcohol content is kept at a certain level, it's actually a beneficial ingredient, not necessarily problematic for the skin.
