As soon as I applied it, it was so painful and stinging. I thought maybe that was normal and left it on, and it seemed to get a bit better. I'm writing this review while looking at others. I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow. My face is burning up and feels like it's been scalded. I'm so disappointed with this Aesop product.

There's nothing good about it. It's just painful. It's driving me crazy. If you have sensitive skin, absolutely do not buy this.

It stings every time I apply it. I thought it was just me, but after searching online, I found many others experiencing the same tingling sensation. Although the stinging subsides as it dries, the initial discomfort is concerning enough to make me wonder if it's okay to just leave it be.

You can feel your skin becoming refreshed. Only a small amount is needed to spread evenly. It dries faster than expected, allowing for quick care.

I might use it occasionally as a nose pack to avoid wasting it...

Well... it stings. Usually, with this type of mask, you might feel some itching or tingling around the nose as it dries, but this product stung from the moment I applied it. I only left it on for about 5 minutes before washing it off. Fortunately, my skin isn't particularly sensitive, so it didn't turn red.

It applies smoothly. The scent is a bit strong but it's a pleasant, herbal aroma. I feel like it's helping to clean out the pores around my nose area.

While the Parsley Serum doesn't suit me, this one is pretty decent

Those who dislike woody and smoky scents might have mixed feelings about the strong fragrance. However, it's worth noting that this scent comes from natural ingredients rather than added perfumes, so even those sensitive to fragrances can use it with peace of mind. Above all, the soothing effect is so exceptional that you can overlook the scent as a minor quirk.

I started using this when my face was completely inflamed. I bought it on the recommendation of a store employee who said it was great as a soothing cleanser, and the calming effect was indeed remarkable. After cleansing, I applied it twice a week, left it on for about 15 minutes, then washed it off. My red and irritated face was significantly calmed down!

I found it worked even better when used after opening up the pores with a facial steamer.

While the tube packaging might be hygienic, it becomes increasingly difficult to stand up and looks messy as you use it, making storage inconvenient. When first applying, the cooling effect felt a bit too intense, almost to the point of tingling.

With summer here, I noticed my blackheads becoming more prominent and my pores looking larger, which led me to purchase this. Unlike mud masks that I've avoided due to their drying effects, this one didn't crack and left my skin feeling moisturized and soft after rinsing. It cleansed gently without irritation and was easy to wash off.

The inconvenience of having to squeeze and apply it by hand is a downside. If you let it dry too much, it can make your skin feel extremely tight.

After applying and letting it dry, my skin feels moisturized and soft after cleansing. It's perfect for my dry skin and doesn't seem to cause much irritation.

I too found my pores looked a bit unsightly after the mask dried. Unlike other wash-off masks, such as the Belif Aqua Bomb Jelly Mask (which feels like a smooth, slippery gel gradually washing away), this one feels like tiny, tiny particles are scraping the skin. Maybe it's just my sensitivity... So you need to rinse very gently with plenty of water. I'm prone to blemishes when tired or stressed, have combination dehydrated skin, mild sun allergies, and thin skin with visible blood vessels. After use, my cheeks developed a redness that required quick soothing with a gentle toner. It must really provide a deep cleanse!

A strong, natural fragrance with a slight cooling effect when masking. (I'm unsure if the tingling is due to incompatibility or the intended effect.) Even a thin layer provides noticeable results. Skin feels soft after use.

I have skin prone to small blemishes, but after using this mask and cleansing, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and soft. Using it about twice a week seems to work well for me.

If you apply a small amount to areas with emerging blemishes (red and swollen, but not yet pustular) before bed, you'll find the pus has surfaced by the next morning.

The tube becomes increasingly difficult to squeeze as you use it. You need to start squeezing from the end right from the first use.

You can see your face brighten up even after just one use. A must-have for the night before a first date!
