ConsThe fragrance is a bit artificial, so every time I use it... it was a bit like that.

It feels moisturizing when peeled off.
ConsBut the scent seems quite artificial, so I'm a bit hesitant about it..

The container that comes as a free gift when you buy it from Hwahae, however, is a bit too rigid and can be a bit inconvenient. I'd recommend buying a separate container. 😷Moisturizing This is an amazing modeling pack! After 20 minutes, it leaves a lovely moisturizing layer on the skin. The vitamin formula seems to make my skin look brighter and cleaner. 😷Cooling Sensation Compared to the Tea Tree one, there's no special cooling sensation. It just feels like a warm, moisturizing blanket on the skin.
Cons👻 The scent is really not great! I'm usually pretty tolerant of fragrances, but there's a strong chemical smell that's quite bothersome during the masking process.
Tip🎃 If you use a vitamin-based ampoule as a base and then apply this pack on top, you can really help the nutrients get absorbed!

Applying them to my face was also too difficult. That was almost over 10 years ago, but now that modeling packs have become popular again and there are tutorials on how to use them on YouTube, I decided to purchase them again. I remember they used to cost less than 10,000 won, but the prices have gone up quite a bit these days. Anyway, I was hesitant about the tea tree one because it contains peppermint oil, and I don't really like things that are too cold, so I opted for the vitamin one instead. Modeling packs generally have a cooling and soothing effect, so that was fine. And I also liked the most natural-looking color when applied to my face!! At first, I bought and used the one from Daiso, but it was too inconvenient to use. It was hard to mix properly... The cup pack sold at Olive Young was fine for mixing, but the tool was a bit short, so it was a bit inconvenient (but it's good for travel 👍🏻). The conclusion is that the 1kg one is the best! The introduction was long, but the effects I was hoping for from the pack were to reduce redness and brighten my skin tone. Did I see those effects? Yes, I did. The soothing and cooling effect reduced the redness, making my skin look brighter, and my skin tone also improved by one level. Normally, the tone would go back to normal after washing the next day, but that's not the case. Even after my daily routine the next day, my skin tone was still quite similar to what I saw in the morning. Of course, my skin tone sometimes goes back to normal. Even right after using the pack, my skin tone can sometimes be the same as before. But the fact is, it does make my skin brighter. To enhance the soothing effect, I've been mixing the pack with centella extract and madecassoside mist in a 5:5 ratio instead of just water. I've also been adding niacinamide ampoule (vitamin B3) and the Daiso carrot ampoule (vitamin A) that I couldn't use before due to skin issues. I sometimes add a vitamin C ampoule as well. Applying ampoules directly to the face is more effective, but I mix them into the pack since I have separate ampoules for the face. This way, I'm getting vitamins A, B, and C. The Madeca 21 mist also contains a small amount of vitamin E, by the way! Some of you might think the effects are great because of the ampoules I added, but no, that's not the case. I've seen effects even when I didn't use the ampoules. The ampoules are just my own preference. In fact, when I use too many ampoules, it can sometimes cause issues. Ah, and in the beginning, adjusting the powder amount was really difficult for me. When I used the single-use packs from Daiso or Olive Young, it was fine, but when I started scooping and mixing the 1kg pack myself, one scoop wasn't enough. It's the same amount, but when I'm the one scooping and using it, two scoops were sometimes not enough. But after using it a few times, I realized the key is to distribute the amount properly. If you apply it too thickly, no matter how much powder you use, it will always be insufficient. I use about one heaping tablespoon of powder and just one tablespoon of the liquid (extract) + a generous amount of ampoules! I'm using it roughly in a 1:0.8 ratio, as some others have mentioned. And to those of you using two scoops, don't be sad thinking your face is too big - just try to distribute the amount properly!! Anyway, I'm very satisfied with using it. The biggest reason I didn't use it before was because it was too much of a hassle and difficult to apply, but after 15 years, applying it doesn't seem that difficult anymore. Is it because I've learned the method? Haha. Some people may not find it suitable, but for me, it's a great match and I'm extremely satisfied!! If I could give it more stars, I'd give it two more!
Cons1. Fragrance The fragrance is unpleasant. I really don't like the fishy water smell, and if I just use plain water, an old fishy smell comes out 😢 Vitamin supplements usually have a metallic smell, but this one has a fishy smell, so it's really unpleasant. But there's a solution. Madeca 21 Mist! If you use it mixed with something that has a fragrance, the fishy smell is gone!! 2. Powder dispersal I don't even remember the other modeling packs... but the powder dispersal is really bad 😢 You have to open and close it gently, spread it gently, put it down gently, and turn it gently 😢 3. Tool cleaning It's not that cleaning is a hassle, but I end up using a lot of wet wipes before water-washing, so I feel guilty 😢 I have to use at least one sheet every time I do it.
TipInstead of water, you can use a fragrant solution to absorb the odor! (In my case, I used the Daiso Madeca21 mist) And mix it with water as quickly as possible. Otherwise, the product will absorb more water, and it becomes difficult to gauge how much more it will absorb. If you add just a little water, it becomes very sticky and gooey ㅠㅠ I recommend mixing it within 20 seconds ㅠㅠ

Completely good
Cons🫥Compatibility First of all, this pack seems to not be compatible with my skin! This is a highly subjective opinion. 🫥Efficacy Whenever I used this pack, my skin did not seem to improve, but I did get some small pimples..ㅠ I've tried it multiple times, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I also didn't feel like my skin became any brighter! 🫥Scent The vitamin scent was a bit strong.

As long as you get the ratio right, it hardens easily and works well.
ConsI think I dislike the unique scent. The scent makes me hesitant to use it. The accompanying ball is not great either.

Aside from the scent, it's really great. It's moisturizing and my skin tone has actually brightened up because of the vitamins! The ratio of 1:0.8 powder to water is just right, making it the perfect consistency! I love Linsay,
ConsThe scent... is way too strong ㅠㅠ It's like an overpowering mom's makeup scent..? I think it would be better to be unscented ㅜ
TipPowder:Water = 1:0.8 !!!!! Always apply generously, never thinly

I'm not sure if it's due to the difference in formulation or the difference in the extracted ingredients from the basic raw materials of the modeling pack, but it absorbs more water than other lines of the same brand. 70ml of water was too little for 50ml, and I had to add 10ml more to get the right texture. Whether this should be considered an advantage, I'm not sure... Until now, I've almost finished 3 packs of 1kg modeling packs, but I've never felt any excitement about the color of the modeling packs. However, the color when mixed with water was really pretty - just like carrot boiled in milk with beets added and blended. Without corn starch, it's reasonably priced at around 16,000 won per 1kg when on sale. It's also the most famous brand! But there are quite a few cheaper brands as well. I even found a place where you can get an extra pack for free when you buy two 1kg packs for 9,900 won. I thought it would be cheap, but when I checked the full ingredient list, it didn't have corn starch either (Search for 'modeling pack' on 11st.co.kr and see for yourself...whispers)
ConsThe smell was quite unpleasant. The modeling packs I've used so far have had a more or less decent fragrance or were close to odorless, so I've never been bothered by the scent. But this one had a faint fishy smell. I was happy about the color, but it was a real letdown. While using it, I remembered the smell of unwashed eggs on my hands - yuck. I don't think I'll be buying the 1kg bag, whether to mix it with a cooling-specialized modeling pack or to use it on its own.

ConsThe scent seems a bit strong to me, so I would not recommend it for people sensitive to fragrances.
